This shot was taken in the Grand Hotel in Malahide, North County Dublin. It was one of those really old convex mirrors and as you can see it had a really nice ornate frame. The gold leaf colour of the mirror frame and the wallpaper looked really cool so I decided to grab a shot. It took a while to get a shot without any hotel guests in the background, I wasn’t really in the mood for cloning out stuff. I must have looked like a complete weirdo taking photos of myself in the mirror.
